Trevor is the founder of Blackwater Coaching and he has over 20 years leadership experience in corporate and voluntary organizations. He’s a passionate, results driven leader with a track record of developing high performing teams that deliver value in line with business objectives. 

 

Trevor’s professional experience covers technical and people leadership roles in Program Management, Product Development, Quality Management, Business Operations, Manufacturing & Supplier Management.

Trevor is passionate about self-development and helping others improve their performance to reach their personal and professional goals.

 

Trevor has a Masters in Personal and Management Coaching from University College Cork, BEng Hons in Electronic Eng from Munster Technological University,  PMI Project Management Professional Certified and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. A passion of Trevor’s is mental wellness and he holds a certificate in Counseling and Psychotherapy from PCI College. Trevor is also a passionate Toastmaster and a former president of a corporate Toastmasters club. 

 

As a professional Executive Coach, Trevor has countless hours of coaching clients across the globe from many different business sectors through his career to date. Trevor has first hand experience of success and setbacks in his professional and personal life. Trevor uses his experience and knowledge for the benefit of his clients to build rapport in the coaching relationship, understand their challenges, and help them get clarity on how they can approach their challenges with confidence.
 

Trevor is an active member of the Association for Coaching and facilitates the Cork Co Coaching Forums which promotes excellence in the professional coaching community.

Trevor is a registered member of the British Psychological Society enabling Trevor to provide personality assessments with his clients to help them build self awareness to improve their performance.
